This executive will be at the forefront of driving global demand generation and ABM strategies, with a focus on boosting the pipeline, new customer acquisition, and creating expansion opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing demand creation strategies, designing and implementing multi-channel demand generation campaigns, and managing digital demand generation channels. A key aspect of the role is team leadership, including budget management, and the establishment of performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand creation and generation efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong emphasis on industry research to maintain a competitive edge are also essential. Applicants for the VP of Growth & Demand Generation role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in growth marketing and/or demand generation, with at least 5 years in the B2B technology space. A proven track record in enterprise marketing, particularly in building and executing multi-channel go-to-market plans, is required. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive pipeline growth and lead generation. Strong project management skills, a results-oriented approach, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset are also necessary.
