Recruiter
to join our team to manage the full lifecycle of our recruitment process and contribute to building a diverse, skilled, and motivated workforce.
Position Summary
The
Recruiter
will be responsible for managing all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating their smooth transition into the organization. This position will support various departments by identifying high-quality candidates and ensuring their onboarding experience aligns with Axionova's professional and inclusive standards.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine hiring needs for various roles.
Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' alignment with job requirements and company values.
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
Candidate Experience
Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide clear feedback and guidance to candidates at each stage of the recruitment cycle.
Build relationships with candidates to foster long-term connections for future opportunities.
Onboarding
Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference verification, and employment contracts.
Facilitate new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure onboarding aligns with organizational goals and team expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their initial integration period.
Process Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to optimize hiring strategies.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance for internal review.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Employer Branding
Promote Axionova's employer brand through social media, networking, and industry events.
Develop compelling job advertisements and content that reflect Axionova's values and opportunities.
Represent the company at career fairs and other recruitment events.
Collaboration
Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
Partner with HR to support initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.
Familiarity with recruitment in engineering, construction, or technical industries is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and improving recruitment metrics.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in sourcing passive candidates through social media and other channels.
Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
