Overview By supporting, driving, and implementing our existing global social media strategy, you will support the development and execution of industry leading tactics, drive community engagement, social audience growth and brand loyalty. As a key Social Media point person for Brand Partnerships you will support Hype, Mainstream, and License collabs, ensuring that our social approach is powerful and aligned across all organic platforms. In addition to working with large brands in the industry, you will be responsible for ensuring content and community management across all our organic channels are unique, made for social, and speak to the partnership in the overall campaign. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, marketing savvy, connection with pop culture, and an in-depth knowledge of social media and social media platforms, tools, and applications. What You'll Do Build, vet, curate, plan, and schedule outstanding channel specific content. Lead planning of our social media content calendar for all Brand Partnerships, inclusive of organic posts and relevant UGC and influencer content. Partner with our Associate Specialist, Global Social Media, to publish, monitor and engage with the community, plus take findings, and apply them to our next post or activation. Proactively supporting the Manager, Social Media in daily monitoring and engagement on both organic and paid posts. Work with internal Brand Partnership Managers and external Collab Partners to ensure the organic social plan meets expectations Build briefs centered in organic social trend and relevance, and work with internal and external creative partners for execution. Build and update weekly and monthly reports, analyze campaigns and product launches. LI-JS1 What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent degree A minimum of five-plus years of full-time experience in social media marketing A proven track record in social media, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. Active use and In-depth knowledge of social media listening and publishing tools An understanding of user behavior and demographics per unique social media platform An eye for spotting social media trends and moments Amazing storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills Ability to think fast with sound judgment and decision-making skills A demonstration of being a standout colleague The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
