Avita Community Partners is currently recruiting for a BCBA to manage an Adult Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) crisis wing in our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). The BHCC offers services 24/7, which includes crisis walk-in, 23 hour observation, and crisis stabilization.
Will have direct client contact
Will clinically supervise the work of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) as well as oversee any Health Services Technicians (HST) along side the RBT Lead.
Will evaluate individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis, collect data, develop a behavior support plan (BSP) , and train staff on BSP
Must be a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a positive attitude.
Prior experience with crisis staff supervision helpful.
Position is part-time (flexible hours), up to 20 hours a week, at Avita's BHCC.
