Description:
The Pharmacy Medication Refill Technician 1 position is responsible for the completion of centralized medication refills across the clinics of the Baptist Health South Florida Network. The Medication Refill Tech contributes to the Medication refill process by performing necessary data entry & managing of Erxs in any disease state and follow-up as defined in the medication refill workflow & protocols set in place. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.15 - $24.90 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications:
Degrees:High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.Licenses & Certifications:Registered Pharmacy Technician.Additional Qualifications:Significant customer service experience, ideally in the pharmacy industry.Experience in retail pharmacy highly preferred.Must demonstrate high levels critical thinking skills in addition to customer service experience.Knowledge of/proficient in Medical terminology preferred (written & oral).Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred.PTCB highly preferred.Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, intense (high volume) environment.Minimum Required Experience:
