Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician.

Job Responsibilities:Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsPerform initial assessment of mental health conditions e.g., depression and anxiety disordersOrder and analyze necessary diagnostic tests using high value care principles and EBM to inform clinical decision-makingPrescribe appropriate treatment and/or medication in an evidence-based manner and within the scope of licensureAdvise patients on treatment recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and age-appropriate preventive screeningsPartake in health promotion activities and recruitment efforts for the siteMaintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patientComplete EMR documentation, billing, and patient-related paperwork in a timely mannerParticipate in night and weekend call shared among cliniciansAttend and participate in clinic, provider, and all staff meetingsEngage in center wide and clinic-specific quality improvement projects and peer reviewAssure deliverance of quality clinical care in a safe, efficient, competent, and effective mannerComply with all laws applicable to the practice of your specialty including HIPAA and mandated reportingJob Requirements:MD/DO degree requiredBoard Eligible/Board CertifiedCurrent and valid NYS licenseCurrent DEA certificateUpdated BLS and infection control certificateBilingual, either Spanish/English or Mandarin/English, is a plusKnowledge of HIV medical care and LGBTQI care is a plusJob Perks:Competitive salary, great benefits, and other attractive incentives.Generous PTOAll major insurances (health, life, disability, malpractice)Work-life balance is valuedHighly desirable location with convenient access to public transportationParking AvailableA team environment that believes in employee development, professional growth, and company longevity.Culture is one of mutual respect, teamwork, and equality.The organization embraces and values an inclusive work environment.The likely salary for this position will be based on qualifications, experience, and education.View all jobs online at:If you're passionate about what you could accomplish in this role, we'd love to hear from you!
