We're looking for an experienced and driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online presence.

Job Summary:The E-Commerce Manager will oversee and manage the brands e-commerce operations, driving traffic to our site, optimizing the online shopping experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of our website. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics to grow our brand and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:1. Website Management:o Oversee daily operations of the brands e-commerce website.o Ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience are optimized.o Manage product listings, updates, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal.o Collaborate with developers or tech teams to implement new features or resolve issues.2. Traffic & Conversion Optimization:o Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to the website through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.o Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversion rates.o Implement A/B testing to optimize user engagement and sales.3. Digital Marketing:o Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and revenue.o Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader company goals.4. Inventory and Order Management:o Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.o Monitor stock levels and coordinate product availability on the website.5. Customer Experience:o Ensure an excellent online shopping experience for customers.o Address customer feedback and implement improvements to meet their needs.6. Reporting & Analytics:o Monitor and report on website performance, sales, and marketing efforts.o Use data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management.• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms Shopify.• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).• Excellent project management and organizational skills.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving online growth.
