About the Opening:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-5p, with one late day per week on callCall: 1:6 home call rotationLevel I Trauma CenterSetting: Operating roomCase Volume: 1-2 procedures per dayCases: On and off-pump CABG, valve repair and replacement, cath lab, and vascular proceduresRequired Procedures: General anesthesia, intubation, IV placement, spinal, epidural for post-op pain (not OB), arterial line, central line, pulmonary artery catheter placement, and diagnostic TEESupport Staff: Anesthesia tech, patient support assistant, CRNA, AAMix of solo cases and resident supervisionEMR: EpicMust be board-certified or board-eligiblePaid travel & expensesThis is a great opportunity for a skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist to assist a collegial and collaborative healthcare community.
