International Shipping Analyst
to join their team. This position is a
12-Month Contract , working
fully remote
(CST), normal business hours, Mon-Fri.
paying $27.14/HR + Benefits .

Job Duties:
Provide daily support to R&D shippers, including development of training presentations, job aids, and videosAssist with filling in forms and answering questions, coordination with analyst and downstream support teamsExpand service to encompass completion of EHS Prework, Desktop Shipping submission, and customs clearance processes on the receiving endReview open shipping requests daily to ensure progress is being made and drive escalation for shipments at risk of not meeting SLALearn about and expand skillset/support to process areas well beyond typical focus of R&DRequired Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills for managing a large, demanding audienceA good understanding of how materials move from Point A to Point B across bordersClear understanding and experience with dangerous goods transportationSecondary degree preferredPrevious experience with SAP and/or Microsoft 365 "powerapps" is preferredReasons to apply:
