Manage on-site team, including schedules, progress and resourcesCreate cost estimates for labor, supplies, and materialsCollaborate with clients and members of management teamCoordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliersCreate schedules for workers and subcontractorsHire additional subcontractors and assign work accordinglyMaintain daily log for the job site's operations, and report to managementMake changes in operations as necessary to meet deadlinesImplement cost-effective and efficient management techniques
