CT Tech - The function of the CT Technologist position within the Department of Diagnostic Imaging is to provide technical diagnostic support. They operate multi-detector CT scan equipment to capture and process images for the purpose of medical diagnosis, particularly within the hospital's cardiology division.Job Requirements
Education: Graduate of an AMA approved training program in Radiologic Technology. Experience: Proficient in IV/Angio-cath starts and administration of contrast media and demonstrates specific normal and abnormal cross-sectional anatomy/pathology. License and Certifications: Must be licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging, have an approved and valid CPR card, and an ARRT (CT) registry or equivalent certification upon hire and must receive CT certification by the ARRT within 6 months of hire.Schedule Information
