This role supports the use of our technical infrastructure. Responds to technical assistance requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining effective communication with team members and management. Responsible for print room operations, including inventory management, and staying updated on system information and changes.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronicallyDiagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issuesResearch questions using available information resourcesData entry functions when neededFollow standard help desk proceduresLog all help desk interactionsIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attentionTrack and route problems and requests and document resolutionsInform management of recurring problemsPerform special tasks as directed by senior technical managementResponsible for all print room operations, including paper and toner inventoryStay current with system information, changes and updatesMeet objectives & goals set forth by managementRequired Skills/Abilities:

Requires lifting & moving 50lbs (computer equipment including, but not limited to desktops computers, printers, servers, monitors, and cases of paper)Excellent communication skills are a requirement as well as being a team playerFriendly & professional demeanor.Education and Experience:

$43,500 - $60,920 a year

Protective's targeted salary range for this position is $43,500 to $60,920. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective's total compensation package for employees.

This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
