• Exercise Prescription: Design and prescribe exercise programs targeting strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and coordination. Educate patients on proper techniques and monitor their progress.

• Manual Therapy: Perform techniques like joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, and manipulation to improve mobility and reduce pain.

• Assistive Devices: Recommend and help patients use assistive devices like crutches, canes, walkers, or orthotic devices to aid in mobility and recovery.

• Patient Education: Educate patients about their condition, recovery process, and strategies to prevent future injuries. Provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

• Pain Management: Use various methods to manage pain, such as heat or cold therapy, electrical stimulation, and techniques for reducing muscle tension.

• Injury Prevention: Provide guidance on techniques and exercises to prevent injuries, especially for athletes and individuals at risk of specific injuries.

• Monitoring Progress: Track and assess a patient's progress during the course of treatment, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress to ensure comprehensive patient care and for legal and insurance purposes.

• Collaboration: Work in a team with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to coordinate care and achieve the best outcomes for patients.
