Job Description:The client is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with 6+years of experience to lead go-live planning and coordination for the Criminal and Rap Back Information System (CRIS) project. The incumbent will serve as the Team Leader for a go-live planning and coordination team and will lead all aspects of the implementation of CRIS during the first half of 2025.The incumbent will collaborate with CRIS suppliers, interface partners, the CLIENT Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Information Technology (IT) Divisions on testing and implementation activities.These duties involve the following:
Leads all aspects of the implementation of CRIS; plans and coordinates CRIS testing, release rollout and post-release refinement; collaborates with CLIENT IT and each interface partner to document and coordinate their tasks in the release plan; plans and leads simulated rollouts before each CRIS release; analyzes CRIS solution to define implementation requirements; plans and coordinates with the test data team the creation, scrubbing and use of test data to support various testing scenarios; coordinates business change management such as assisting management to create change management plans; update staffing plans and job descriptions; coordinate employee training;Coordinate the assignment of CRIS user roles to end-users; coordinate with external stakeholders and customers; solicit and analyze employee input and guidance. Candidates for this position are required to have experience developing and executing system test and implementation plans. Also, candidates for this position should possess strong leadership skills, strong organization, administrative, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills; be self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers and the agency at large; be proficient in Organizational Change Management; have prior experience implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service (SaaS) solutions; be able to manage security access and user profile management; be able to work collaboratively with various groups within CLIENT and CLIENT vendors to ensure requirements are vetted and documented; be able to analyze functional/nonfunctional system requirements; possess excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate with internal customers in nontechnical terms; be proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint); be proficient in creating business and system requirements. Candidates should highlight any experience working on criminal justice projects.The incumbent must work full-time onsite at CLIENT headquarters, North Chesterfield.
