This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.

As a member of a collaborative Marketing team, the

UX Designer

plays a pivotal role in the effectiveness of our overall brand and lead generation efforts. The UX Designer at Sono Bello will collaborate on creative web pages and marketing emails to optimize for customer acquisition and experience. This person will need to be a strong individual contributor and feel comfortable working with a team of contractors (in addition to internal team members) to bring their strategy to life. This role will deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead CRO design efforts to optimize landing pages, email designs and website experience to maximize conversation rates and improve customer acquisition efficiency. Work collaboratively with team members throughout the creative design process to identify preliminary design concepts, implement changes and review iterations, and release final files. Be an advocate for creating and optimizing the website and landing pages (on both desktop and mobile) to best meet visitors' needs per page. Use data and other insights to develop the web page optimization roadmap, execute on this roadmap, and track the performance of initiatives. Produce brand adherent, accessible, production ready assets under tight deadlines. Set goals and KPIs for conversion rate optimization that help meet broader marketing team goals and initiatives on a per-channel partnership basis. Collaborate with other members of the Marketing Team, including content, creative, SEO and media, to identify new opportunities. Partner with marketing insights, analytics, and research teams to build a deeper understanding of visitor behavior on our website. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Portfolio that demonstrates quality visual and graphic design skills, including typography, and layout across digital platforms including web design as well as others. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. 3+ years' experience in CRO, Website Management, customer acquisition, or offer driving. 3+ years' experience with digital marketing or performance marketing. Experience with direct-to-consumer conversion optimization. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making Experience optimizing UX for paid media initiatives including Meta, Google, YouTube and Earned Experience customizing and optimizing CRO on both mobile and desktop experiences. Familiarity with Unbounce, Crazy Egg, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar tools are a plus. Expert collaborator and leader who thrives in cross-functional environments Fluency in English Demonstrated ability to model Company values. Willingness to take on new projects that are not covered in the job description. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job. WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Kirkland, WA a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

COMPENSATION:

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $73,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
