LHH is partnering with a global innovation company that pushes the boundaries of technology to make the unthinkable a possibility. The company is experience growth through an additional business unit, they are in search of an International Tax Manager to join their Irvine, CA team. This job is a direct hire role that works a hybrid schedule with a salary between $115K - $164K annually. Here are some more details about this job:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee foreign tax packages, tax accounts and tax provisions

Analysis of tax reserves (FIN 48 & FAS 5), disclosures, monitor tax environments

Prepare foreign entity tax forms, E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII and foreign tax credit calculations

QUALIFICATIONS

8+ Years or experience in Tax with a blend of public/private exp

Bachelors required, CPA/MST/MBT preferred

Core understanding of international tax concepts including income sourcing, E&P, foreign tax credits, GILTI, FDII, BEAT and Subpart F

Strong ASC740, GAAP and tax laws and regulations (fluent in all)

Experience with OneSource, Tax Provision, OneSource Tax Compliance and Alteryx is a plus
