This is an independent firm, the partners here, who had once been associates, know their staff and have relationships with them, meaning the right decisions are made from people in the office who know what the needs are of the firm and employees.
Their growth is 100% organic. They’ve got a great reputation and are always getting referrals. This is a new role for a Senior to join to support the expansion of the Trust & Estates area, they have one partner right now that specialises in this.
You’ll have 2+ years’ experience with experience predominately in T&E. You’ll still have some variety in your role, joining a firm of circa 50 people most of the tax team do work as generalists. You’ll still be able to get in involved with some 1040s and business returns, but the majority of your role will be focussed on Trust & Estates.
