IVR/UAT Tester
Duration:
12-month contract to hire project
Responsibilities:Responsible for, primarily Manual and User Acceptance Testing within the IVR TeamDeveloping and executing manual regression and functional tests for IVR modules surrounding the cloud migration of CSaaS solution.Performing deep UAT test planning, test case design, and test execution for IVR ModulesMight be involved in the procurement and management of test data sets (including test phone numbers, scripts, accounts, etc.) but much of this is already in place.Working closely with Business Analyst to gather and document requirements, responsible for communication of status to Engineering teams and leadership.Partnering with Kavitha's team and test automation engineers for escalationsDocumentation of test results, collaboration within QA team and Engineering team to resolve and 'bubble up'Should be an individual contributor, self-starter, strong communicatorNot a deal-breaker if someone does not come from an IVR/Contact Center environment, but should prioritize these candidates-they have had issues in the past with the learning curve with testers who do not have this background. Very nice to have with experience in NICE InContact and/or Genesys.Test case documentation and outputs largely recorded in Excel at this point.
