Unit Information: Float amongst Acuity Adaptive Units. ED Boarding consists of patients housed in a designated part of the ED awaiting to be transferred to a PCU or Medsurg unit. These patients will be provided PCU/MedSurg level of care. There is high patient admission, discharge, and transfers.
