When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. EXP: Requires a minimum of two (2) years experience in large OR department. Ortho, EENT, and/or neurovascular experience a plus. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment prior to submission. Candidate must be able to scrub. CERTS: BLS required. PALS and ACLS preferred. BLS (ACLS, and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EMR: EPIC experience preferred. SHIFT: 10 hour DAY shift position -- Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends, on call, and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanentassigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
