Our client is seeking an Accountant to join their team. As an Accountant, you will be part of the accounting department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good planning and organization skills, and the ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously.

What's the Job?
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the accounting and budget processes, internal controls, bookkeeping procedures, and automated accounting systems.
Demonstrate leadership ability, ingenuity, and initiative to coordinate problem resolution, resolve conflicting priorities, and meet assignment deadlines within a team environment.
Prepare accurate, effective, and complete written communications and effectively communicate with good verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
Independently develop solutions to non-recurring problems by analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating various precedents and data.
Handle confidential or sensitive information or issues and involvement in implementing process and systems improvements is a strong plus.
What's Needed?
At least 2 years of experience at the Accountant I function.
Demonstrate strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and financial systems.
Willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities.
Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
