About the Role:

As the Lead IT Business process analyst, you will work with a team of technical and functional Costpoint SME’s in the Business Systems team to manage a highly automated, highly extended version of Costpoint 8.1. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an bachelors degree and 7+ years of directly related experience.

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between Business system and IT Operational teams for the development and implementation of enhancements and extensions in Costpoint to meet the current needs of the contract as well as future needs of the company

Prepare and maintain documentation, including policies, process flow documentation and procedures relating to the Costpoint technical processes

Assist Business Systems team with Costpoint questions and use specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems

Evaluate new applications, system requirements, developments by Deltek, and recommend appropriate solutions and alternatives based on evolving business needs

Develop complex SQL scripts to troubleshoot issues and work with Deltek customer care to resolve

Execute system upgrades, monthly releases and Pre-DSM fixes into DEV, STAGE and Production environments for both Costpoint and Cognos.

Create Custom tables and views for non-native functionality (i.e., Claims)​ and develop custom logic in Costpoint​

Integrate with other software solutions

Qualification and Skill Requirements

Required specialties must be listed on resume: Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Time and Expense, PL-SQL, System Implementations, Business Process Engineering, Stored Procedures, Deltek CMI, Oracle Application Express (APEX)

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of related technical support for Costpoint, Time and Expense, and Cognos.

Government contracting experience required and must be listed on resume.

Skill and Knowledge requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.

Ability to travel up to 20% as required.

Experience with Costpoint extensibility, internal integrations (ETL tool knowledge), Weblogic and AppDynamics.

Costpoint Knowledge of front-end applications screens, functions and job processing and how these tie to the database tables and other applications, functions, and processes

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities

Ability to meet tight changing deadlines

Goal and high standard driven

Ability to obtain security clearance, as needed

Note: This position is fully remote / work from home. HomeSafe will supply appropriate equipment, employee provided high speed internet is required.
