FL. This Administrative Assistant job is a temp to perm opportunity, with starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour! All candidates must be fluent in English and have basic communications skills in Spanish. After candidate goes Perm our client is offering 10 PTO days per year plus paid Holidays. Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Post daily transaction in company's ERP System
Post daily transaction in Quick Books
Assist with account receivables and payables
Coordinate weekly deliveries
Assist in the preparation of bi-weekly payroll
Maintain the filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaison with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant job are:
Computer skills on Microsoft Word , Excel & Powerpoint.
Fluent in English & ability to communicate in Spanish.
At least 1 year prior office experience and Associates Degree or higher.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Customer service focused and details oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast – paced environment
Strong communication and analytical skills required
The starting pay rate for this Administrative Assistant job is $18.00 per hour. Work schedule is 8am-4:30pm with half hour lunch, Monday to Friday.
