PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:The HR Manager, focusing on Compliance and Legal, is responsible for ensuring that the organizations human resources practices align with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. This role will be crucial in minimizing legal risks, promoting a compliant workplace culture, and supporting the overall HR strategy through developing, implementing, and monitoring HR compliance policies and procedures.[HR Management and Development]Employee RelationsPerformance ManagementTraining and DevelopmentPayroll ManagementHR Policies and ComplianceQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:6-10 years of experience in corporate-level Huma Resource Manager and related experience preferredPeople-oriented and result-drivenExceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindsetStrong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skillsFamiliarity and experience with Federal and multiple state labor lawsStrong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelExperience in collaborating with and serving various individuals from various cultural backgrounds.Project Management or related experience is a plus.SKILLSOrganization and Self-motivation: must be able to stay organized and self-motivated to meet company expectations and goalsCommunication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organizational transitional initiativesHolding any of the following credentials is highly desired: PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP would be a plus.Experience working as an HR staff member during an organizational transition in which the company grew exponentially in the number of employees is a plus.
