We seek a

Business Development Manager

who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and creating new opportunities to expand our reach.

Location : Pacific Palisades, CA (In-person, with periodic local - car travel for networking events)

Job Type : Full-time

Compensation : $65K -$80K plus bonuses

Key Responsibilities :

Generate New Business : Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with schools, education-focused organizations, and other strategic partners.

Strategic Growth : Research and analyze industry trends to create and execute a roadmap for business expansion.

B2B Networking : Represent the company at local and regional events to establish relationships and promote our services.

Relationship Building : Develop partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other businesses to drive revenue and build a strong referral network.

Sales Pitching : Craft and deliver compelling presentations to prospective partners and decision-makers, showcasing our value proposition.

Collaborative Planning : Work closely with the leadership team to align sales strategies with the company's overall goals.

Tracking Success : Measure and report on sales performance and progress toward business development goals.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Proven Track Record : 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related role, ideally within the education sector or a service-based business.

Exceptional Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive pitches and reports.

Self-Starter : Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Strategic Thinker : Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and turn them into actionable strategies.

Professional Presence : Polished and professional demeanor, confident in public speaking and networking.

Flexibility : Willingness to attend local events and meetings as needed (valid driver's license required).

Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales platforms is a plus.
