PCU/MS/ED Hold-Float PoolThis position will be hospital float pool staff and will be expected to float throughout the hospital. Nurses in this role will be caring for post surgical, medical, PCU stepdown on IP units and ER as hold patients.Competencies for these services as well as critical drips will be expected.Ratios are 1:4-1:6 depending on patient acuity.Vent management, intensive/critical care and ED experience PREFERRED so RN can be utilized fully as a float pool staff memberJob Requirements
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years - Unit doesn't accept first time travelersPATIENT POPULATION: Adults to GeriatricsRATIO: 1:4-1/6UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC & SBARMust have experience: Cardiac drips, TR band removal and Bipap usageSchedule Information
