Bilingual Human Resources Specialist

Reporting to the HR Plant Manager, you will support multiple functions of the Human Resources Team such as recruiting, payroll, benefits and total compensation. You will partner with multiple departments to meet the plant needs while handing documentation and processes. You will work traditional business hours with occasional off-shift work to meet employee needs.
You Will:
Provide high-touch customer to meet employee needs and support the culture within the plant
Process transactions within the HRIS system
Source and screen candidates and onboard candidates into the plant
Understand, educate on and monitor payroll for the plant
Be a source of information for employees and give resources
Understanding of continuous improvement processes
Provide support to the Human Resources Team and plant
Reporting to the HR Plant Manager
You Have:Experience handling confidential information and an understanding of boundaries between staff and Human Resources
Demonstrated human resources skills with post-secondary education or experience
Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology is a plus
Experience improving processes
Desire to obtain English as a Second Language (ESL) Trainer certification
Motivated to guide processes
Empathetical and helpful manner while educating employees
Bilingual in Spanish and English

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.Anticipated Close Date:November 19, 2024
