Position Summary
:
The Commercial Analyst will improve reporting and analytical solutions to increase the effectiveness and performance of our global Commercial organization. As part of our Commercial Operations organization, this individual will partner closely with our sales teams, sales leaders, commercial finance, and other internal business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong business insight, combined with excellent analytical skills, experience with business intelligence and database tools. The candidate should also be experienced in analyzing business requirements and implementing actionable reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
:
Maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and provide reporting support for commercial leadership.
Analyze requirements, improve existing dashboards, and introduce enhanced reporting solutions that leverage complex data sources derived from multiple internal systems.
Contribute to the maintenance of data models and reporting documentation.
Collaborate across regions and functional teams to provide analytics support for recurring business operating mechanisms, as well as ad-hoc, time sensitive requests to advance key initiatives.
Support the sales team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Champion process and tool improvements to increase team efficiency.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
:
Preferred 5+ years of Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Financial or similar experience.
BS/BA degree in a business or analytical field (business administration, finance, operations management, engineering, sciences, finance).
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Experience with database tools and technologies (SQL, data modeling, or similar)
Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work across multiple departments and reporting lines.
Desired Qualifications
:
MBA or Master’s Degree in analytical field.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Utah is $75,800.00–$136,350.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
