**Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 Hour Guarantee
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years; first-timers accepted
**License:** GA or Compact license required
**Certifications:** BLS and ACLS required; NIH preferred
**Must-Have:**- Experience with cardiac telemetry- Willingness to work major holidays and every other weekend- Flexibility to float if required- Completion of compliance requirements within 48 hours of contract signing
**Job Description:**
- Telemetry unit specializing in care for adults to geriatrics- Manage patients with conditions such as CHF, MI/Chest pain, Dysrhythmias, Hypo-/Hypertension, Pleural effusion, Sepsis, PE/DVT/vascular issues- Patient ratio of 1:4-5 in a 36-room unit with an average daily census of 35- Utilize Epic electronic health records, Pyxis systems, and SBAR communication- Adhere to facility’s scrub color guidelines (Navy Blue)- Participate in a pre-screening evaluation to ensure clinical fit- Availability for scheduling flexibility around holidays and weekends
Candidates must provide supervisory references from current or previous positions. Flu vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions considered. Please ensure compliance documentation is submitted promptly.
