To maintain and elevate these standards, we're seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee and lead daily activities of the Fontana site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring capabilities, proven success in a production setting with a high number of contingent labor and repack production lines, and expertise in warehouse management, covering shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality.Job FunctionsOversee and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Site which includes production floor and warehouse. Production lines are very fast paced and is customer, made to order manufacturing.Monitor and assist in company safety efforts to ensure a safe environment, adhering to OSHA and Menasha guidelines.Use leadership skills to cultivate a productive, safe, collaborative, respectful, and highly engaged work environment.Communicate efficiently and effectively to lead and support the site team, providing exceptional service to all customers.Analyze current department practices and procedures and create process improvement plans for greater efficiency and cost savings.Be responsible for the overall budget and profitability of the site.Evaluate the need for additional equipment, recommend purchases, and prepare capital expenditure justifications.Collaborate closely with the Human Resource Business Partner and Senior Financial Analyst.Lead continuous improvement efforts in all facility areasThe salary range for this position is $117k - $147k (wage is based on experience)Experience NeededExtensive knowledge and understanding of labor-intensive fast paced production lines, solid financial knowledge, and warehouse operations.Preferably Lean/Six Sigma training and understanding.Minimum of 8 years of experience managing in a similar setting#MPC#LI-CB1Two companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
