Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Leading cross functional project teams across Americas AW along all project phases (initialization, analysis, concept development, project implementation until handover to accountable organizations).
Drive project teams and organizations to comprehensively improve operating model design, process simplification, data & technology enablement, and financial success, whilst ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Align and prioritize innovation initiatives, and projects, while ensuring synergies of local improvements with wider transformational objectives.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan if needed.
Support teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities to pursue business goals.
Ensuring projects goals are met in all areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Ensure, support and facilitate a 2-way communication with all levels of organization and the teams about progress update, highlights, risks.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks.
Coordinating and running events and workshop

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
Required Qualifications:
Minimal education & experience, essential skills & abilities and required license/certification to perform this job.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Long track record in program/project management field
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing systems experience
Good communication skill in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional preferences for a specific position.
Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Proficiency on English language
Travel requirement: up to 50% of the time
