Overview
Our Winchester Primary Care Clinic is a well-established and high functioning practice, focusing on intentional patient care. We are in search of a primary care/internal medicine physician to join the practice to focus on the care of patients within our community.
The providers in this clinic care for patients with a full range of health and wellness services:
Annual wellness exams and sports physicals
Care for all acute illnesses and minor injuries
Care for chronic illnesses like asthma, diabetes and hypertension
Diagnostic services, including lab work, vision and hearing testing, blood pressure monitoring and more
Preventive care, including personalized consultations and health screenings
Well-child exams, including immunizations for newborns to adolescents
Seasonal support for allergies and the flu
Mental health resources and support
Opportunity Details:
Excellent base salary guaranteed for up to 3 years
Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency bonus, and relocation assistance
CME allowance and additional time off

Responsibilities
Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.
Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.
Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.
Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.
Function as an effective clinic team member.
Meet productivity standards.
Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.
Qualifications
Education:
Board Certified - or eligible.
License/Certification:
Kentucky Licensure.
Pay Range
$115.67-$182.88/hour
