Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job Specialty: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid State License required at the time of submission Certifications: LCSW, BLS (American Heart Association preferred) Must-Have: - Experience with behavioral health inpatient units preferred - Epic charting experience preferred Job Description: - Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to treat and facilitate the discharge of patients on the adolescent behavioral inpatient unit. - Complete intake assessments. - Provide brief interventions. - Communicate with collateral contacts. - Conduct discharge planning. - No on-call duties; however, availability required for one weekend day 1-2 times per month. - Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable). Additional Requirements: - Must be available to go in for lab work within 3-5 days of signing. - 50 miles travel requirement; locals accepted at the local rate. - Background policy requires noting any background hits or DUIs prior to submission. - Return staff policy indicates a one-year gap to return as a traveler.
