Job Description:As a Business Development Manager, you will be an autonomous sales leader, responsible for driving new sales and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on generating new business through both outside and inside sales efforts. You will implement successful strategies to attract and retain clients, working efficiently and effectively within our dynamic team.
Work ExperienceKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the light industrial sectorBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutionsConduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and opportunitiesRepresent Onin at industry events and networking functionsQualifications:Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing industryStrong understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logisticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamGoal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
