making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and enhanced overall well-being.Deliver and supervise effects of interventional treatments as appropriate including IV Ketamine.Prescribe medication and monitor its effectivenessProvide therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groupsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners,
psychologists, and therapists—to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsIdeal Candidate:Board Certified or Board EligibleIn-depth knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalitiesExcellent diagnostic skills and ability to develop effective treatment plansProficient in conducting therapy sessions using evidence-based approachesAbility to effectively communicate with patients and their familiesStrong interpersonal skills with a desire to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
