We are looking for:
We are looking for an Organic Growth Intern to join our team and support the execution of impactful lifecycle and social media strategies. This role offers hands-on experience in growth marketing within an agency environment, working on projects across email, SMS, push notifications, and social platforms like LinkedIn and Substack.
You’ll do:
Support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and push notifications to drive engagement and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to create, optimize, and schedule content that enhances user experiences through targeted lifecycle channels.
Develop engaging social media content for LinkedIn and Substack, crafting posts that align with brand voice, industry trends, and client objectives.
Assist in content ideation and copywriting for each channel, maintaining consistency in messaging across lifecycle and social media platforms.
Analyze performance data from campaigns to provide actionable insights that enhance strategy and achieve client KPIs.
Maintain and build segmented audience lists to maximize engagement with personalized messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends in lifecycle and social media marketing to support innovation and best practices.
You have:
Proven experience with writing and strategic storytelling that provides an analytical perspective and drives forward a brand narrative
Motivation and enthusiasm to learn and apply lifecycle marketing and social media strategies in an agency setting
Proven skill in content creation (both writing and video), particularly for lifecycle channels like email, SMS, and push notifications, as well as social platforms like LinkedIn and Substack
A strong background as a writer across both short-form and long-form, with a knack for combining strategic creativity with clarity and insight
Data-oriented, with a keen ability to interpret performance metrics and leverage insights for improved campaign performance
Organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects with attention to detail and a focus on timely delivery
Passion about growth marketing, with an interest in creating impactful customer experiences across various touchpoints
Bonus points:
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable)
Experience working with Figma
Familiarity with CRM systems, audience segmentation, and personalization tactics.
Experience with A/B testing or campaign experimentation to refine messaging and engagement strategies.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like GA4 or Looker for interpreting and presenting insights.
