Seeking a full-time (4.0 or 4.5 days/week) BE/BC neurologist to join a highly productive, skilled, and popular neurologist and selected outreach clinic sites to help meet clinical demands for services and build a neurology service.

Provides office-based general neurology services to new and established patients (adolescents age 16 and older as well as adults) including:medication managementeducation and counseling of patients and familiesordering diagnostic testsreferral to related other specialties (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine) locallyreferral to subspecialty neurologists at tertiary care centerscommunication with PCP s.

Most commonly diagnoses encountered are:MigraineMemory LossEssential TremorParkinson's DiseaseCognitive ImpairmentDizzinessEpilepsyMultiple SclerosisPolyneuropathyHeadache

Partners with other members of neurology team (e.g., neurologist colleague, radiologist, EEG technologists, MA s and RN s, physical therapists). Infrequently provides consultation for inpatients (0-3 times/week). More often provides curbside (unofficial) consultations to hospitalist and arranges to see patient in timely manner (Benefits:
