Must have reviewing experience Needs to be knowledgeable about the HR side of things like payroll, timesheets, etc Preparation and review of personal, business and fiduciary income tax returns including multi-state filings Preparation and review of tax projections for planning and estimated taxes and other tax planning Respond to tax notices and assist with tax audits Tax research and special projects Forensic accounting and other financial work for matrimonial actions Provide business management/financial administration/financial concierge services for multiple clients - this includes direct contact with clients as well as supervision and review of bookkeeping services such as general ledger postings, payroll, bank reconciliations, write-ups and preparation of financial statements) Review client specific reports including financial statements, budgets, cash flow and spending reports Responsible for developing and maintaining superior client relationships Interaction with other members of a client’s wealth management team Responsible for all business aspects of client relationships including billing, collecting and maintaining profitabilityIdeal Background: Extensive knowledge of income tax planning, financial planning and financial administration Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Masters in Tax a plus CPA license preferred 5 – 7 years of High Net Worth tax experience Proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax and QuickBooks Ability to manage professionals, workflow and adept at meeting deadlines Family office experience working directly with clients is requiredInterested in hearing more?
