This position is full time Saturday - Tuesday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 10-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 6:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at[]{#_Hlk161402965}2716 N Tenaya Way, Las Vegas NV.
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment
Primary Responsibilities
Manage administrative intake of membersWork with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providersProcess incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census rolesAssist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage ReviewHandle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providersThis is high volume, customer service environment. Youll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. You also must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experienceMust be 18 years old or older2+ years of customer service experience in a Healthcare FacilityKnowledge of Medical TerminologyExperience with Microsoft Word, MicrosoftExcel and MicrosoftOutlookAbility to work onsite at 2716 N Tenaya Way, Las Vegas NVAbility to work any of our 10-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 6:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday to Tuesday.
