Integrated Marketing Manager
to join our team.How can you make an impact?The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding the strategy and execution of key multi-channel marketing campaigns to support our K-12 business goals across all portfolios, including Math, Language Arts, Science, and Humanities, and drive customer demand and retention. As a campaign expert, this individual will leverage their proven experience to build and scale integrated marketing campaigns, report on performance across all campaign channels, and leverage research and data to improve campaign planning, targeting, and effectiveness.This is a
remote position
and candidates must reside and be authorized to work in the
United States . Travel is required 3-5 times per year for in-person meetings and events.What you will be doing :Partnering across marketing and sales to plan, build, and execute integrated, holistic, and high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns to support our customers through all stages of the Customer Journey.Evaluating and reporting on campaign performance against target KPIs and benchmarks to tell a comprehensive story about the performance of a campaign and provide actionable recommendations to optimize the campaign as needed.Contributing to strategic marketing planning and participating in conversations with Sales partners to identify campaign opportunities that address key business priorities.Leveraging available data sources, A/B testing strategies, and audience segmentation to influence campaign strategy and craft campaign messaging to hit targets.Coaching peers to promote best practices in strategic integrated campaign planning, execution, measurement, and iteration.We're looking for someone with:3 or more years' experience with planning, developing, and executing marketing plans.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field highly preferred.Proven success managing all aspects of a multi-channel campaign including strategy development, concepting, execution, measurement, and optimization.Ability to analyze and synthesize business objectives to create a well-aligned campaign strategy and execution plans with clearly defined goals and metrics.Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with multiple internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are launched seamlessly and optimized to achieve greatest impact.Why work for us?There has never been a better time to join McGraw Hill.
