Join us in empowering guests and delivering unique experiences.About the RoleAs the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our accounting functions, including bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow management, payroll, and financial reporting. We seek a hands-on leader with exceptional analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of accounting operationsPrepare and manage budgets and forecastsEnsure timely and accurate financial reportingOversee payroll and tax-related activitiesMaintain cash flow and optimize financial performanceJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related fieldMinimum of six years of accounting and supervisory experienceExperience in real estate or construction accounting is a plusFamiliarity with accounting for multiple entities preferredTravel Requirements:Less than 10%Skills:Proficiency in financial management and accounting
