This is your chance to leverage your expertise in supporting the PSS-T program.What’s in it for you?The Operations Logistics Lead is crucial in managing program objectives by coordinating logistics to meet emerging requirements. You will work closely with the Flight Operations Center, warehouse teams, product support, and property teams, ensuring effective communication and workflow among cross-functional teams engaged in PSS-T fleet operations and sustainment.Your Role Includes:Act as the primary liaison between TCOM leadership and the Leidos support staff.

Oversee daily activities for the FOC, warehouse, property, and product support teams to achieve critical logistics goals and enhance performance metrics.

Facilitate daily operational status meetings with all key stakeholders, including TCOM and PD Aerostats leadership.

Coordinate responses to system failures, downtime, weather events, and emergencies with various program staff for effective management of urgent requirements.

Collaborate with operations leads to enhance program performance metrics, striving to surpass contract obligations.

Contribute to training plans for daily reporting and maintenance reporting initiatives.

Enhance maintenance workflows for both field and depot repair activities.

Assist in the development of maintainability analysis and support Failure Review Board functions.

Provide consultation for logistics process improvements.

Undertake additional tasks related to reporting or operational needs as required.

Qualifications That Set You Apart:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of operations or logistics management experience.

At least 2 years of experience leading teams to address complex problems based on deep program understanding.

Strong skills in briefing and report development for executive leadership.

Experience in training and mentoring staff to enhance their problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to organize cross-functional teams for urgent mission responses.

Experience managing teams across multiple OCONUS locations and mission systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Active Secret Clearance required for consideration.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience as a Site Lead or Operations Manager in the DoD industry.

Proficient in using Integrated Data Environments for resource coordination during critical response efforts.

Experience generating Performance Based Logistics Metrics reports.

Background in maintenance planning, supply distribution, and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).

Familiarity with technical manuals and maintenance instructions for troubleshooting failures.
