You will oversee financial accounting and reporting, as well as the management of key areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and payroll.This transformative role requires a passionate and skilled individual with extensive experience in healthcare accounting, particularly in third-party reimbursement. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining robust internal controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.The ideal candidate will possess:- An undergraduate degree in accounting or finance; an MBA or CPA is preferred.- At least 5 years of healthcare accounting experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.- Experience in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environments and proficiency in grant accounting and federal/state reporting.You should be an exceptional communicator with strong customer service skills, a self-starter with the ability to lead and inspire a finance team.
