This role serves as a support link between the performance marketing, migration, product, teams with digital marketing analytics and data insights.This role will help identify pre and post integration performance and recommend strategies to increase reach and revenue for migrated markets and geographic regions across all marketing channels and functions as well as provide predictive analytics to improve pre-migration efforts to mitigate performance impacts. This individual will help connect internal stakeholders, agency contacts, and external partners to improve online visibility and conversion rates.Key Performance IndicatorsDrive traffic to all Rentokil Terminix online entitiesIncrease online conversions with localized techniquesSupport performance marketing, product, and migration teams to meet branch, region, division, company, etc. goalsPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor and audit branch local listings to increase online visibility and improve Google Search Profiles (SERP, GBP, etc.)Analyze branch reputation and create deployable reports to marketing, migration, and customer experience teams with clear actionable opportunitiesRemain up-to-date with industry trends and updates with search engine algorithmExecute plans to drive customers to website and engage in eCommerce experienceStreamline reporting metrics to understand customer trends across multiple marketing channels and geographic regionsInterpret marketing reports to help create action plans to assist marketing and field organizationsRequired Experience3+ years of analytics experience required1+ years of digital marketing experience preferredKnowledge of digital tools: GA4, google ads, google search console, Moz, BrightLocal, Power BI, Looker StudioProven track record of collaboration to improve online visibility and engagementDemonstrated experience in BI data architecture, including ETL and APIs, and DW conceptsStrong verbal and written communication skillsFormal Education, Qualifications or TrainingBachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, a quantitative discipline, or similar experienceBackground in data science helpful but not requiredExperience using SQL/Python and/or RRequired Leadership Traits and CharacteristicsStrategic ThinkerResults OrientedStrong CommunicatorCollaborativeTeam PlayerDetail Oriented, ProactiveHighly AdaptableOrganized#LI-Remote
