Job Description
pureIntegration is seeking a
Reporting Analyst (Broadband, OSP)
to manage and oversee monthly and quarterly reporting of internal projects. This individual must bring a strong understanding of MSO operations or experience OSP Construction. The role involves gathering and analyzing data from various sources, preparing internal reports, and ensuring compliance with all state and local reporting requirements. Additionally, you will support internal teams by interpreting BEAD application requirements and ensuring smooth submission processes.
This position is
fully remote within the U.S. and will be a W-2 hourly engagement for 14 months,
with a strong likelihood of extension.
The hourly rate is
$
50 - $60.
Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities: _
Identifying stakeholders and scheduling & conducting interviews to create clear documents.
Manage
monthly and quarterly reporting
for up to 500 BEAD projects, ensuring that all state and local data requirements are met.
Identify, establish, and maintain relationships
with key data sources to secure all required reporting information.
Prepare and submit
internal reports
related to BEAD projects, as requested by management.
Conduct a thorough
analysis of BEAD application requirements
, ensuring that they are understood and properly communicated to internal teams.
Gather and prepare all necessary data for
BEAD submissions
, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient reporting and submission processes.
Create and publish weekly reports of burn-down of the data correction efforts.
Complete weekly audits and report out of data correction work to ensure adherence to quality and quantity metrics.
Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm the ability to turn down power supplies.
Data correction quality and quantity metrics will be determined and adjusted between the consultant and Comcast on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:Qualifications
3-5 years of experience
in project reporting, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within a broadband, telecommunications, or government-funded program context.
3-5 years
OSP Construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience.
Strong ability to
interpret and analyze complex data
, particularly related to regulatory or compliance reporting.
Experience with
state and local regulatory reporting
is a plus.
Excellent
communication and collaboration skills
, with the ability to liaise between internal teams and external data sources.
Proficiency in
data management tools
such as Excel, Powerpoint, and reporting systems.
Strong
organizational and project management skills
, with the ability to manage multiple reporting requirements simultaneously.
5 years or more experience working with
Cable TV technology.
Experience working independently and delivering completed projects that exceed expectations.
