The Enterprise Account Executive role is an individual contributor, B2B outside sales position that proactively manages a multi-state geographic sales territory calling on large provider organization’s senior level decision makers, typically Chief Clinical or Compliance Officer, Quality Director, CFO, CIO, CEO, Chief Nursing Officer. The Account Executive must establish and cultivate relationships with new potential clients in their assigned region through active lead generation activities including account-based marketing approaches, event attendance, phone call and email outreach and local “on the ground” relationship building. This position will manage a multi-state territory across the country and sell any of Relias’ product offerings into their territory.
We anticipate hiring three Enterprise AEs; one for each of our PAC, BCH, and Acute teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Independently managing time, territory and travel in a way that maximizes the number of sales contacts across office based, direct in-person and event interactions
Managing the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiating contract terms, and closing high-value deals while collaborating with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth contract negotiations
Consistent and detailed use of Salesforce CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities
Effectively document and maintain Salesforce data
Develop, share, and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory or vertical
Prospecting for new clients building a funnel of leads
Preparing and presenting customized proposals and agreements to prospective clients, including detailed demonstrations of how our solution can address client challenges and improve operational efficiencies; while partnering with other internal teams and resources as needed
Effectively utilizing technology to facilitate presentations and client calls
Promoting a positive image of Relias by participating in tradeshows, professional organizations and community functions
Partner closely with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Solutions) as needed to align on client strategies and share insights to help drive overall business goals and objectives
Staying up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to act as a trusted advisor to clients
Demonstrating a deep understanding of SaaS, cloud-based technologies, and how they impact the healthcare space
Other duties as assigned

Consultative Selling – ability to engage prospects and clients in a relationship-driven sales approach by acting as a trusted advisor who seeks to understand the client's needs and challenges in order to provide tailored solutions
Sales Tool Management – utilization of sales enablement tools to support the sales process and improve overall client experience
Adaptability - ability to adjust, change, or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances, challenges, or changing environments
Communication - skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information, ideas, and feelings between individuals or groups using various verbal and non-verbal methods to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages received
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
7+ years Account Management experience in the healthcare market
Proven record of exceeding sales quotas over an extended period in SaaS, consultative sales within the last 3 years
Prove track record cultivating new relationships and passion for client success
Proven ability to navigate internal departments to product results for clients and company
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or related field
IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:
Vertical-specific healthcare experience strongly preferred
Salary Information:
We are targeting an On-Target-Earnings of ~$150,000 - $250,000 annually. Relias considers many factors when making an offer including; established salary range, internal budgets, business need, education and years of applicable work experience possessed by the applicant. Further, salary is only one element of our total compensation and benefits package.
