Project Controls Engineering Director , you will play a strategic leadership role with relentless focus on business development and organizational growth while ensuring project delivery via your own billability. Additionally, you will focus on training, mentoring, and coaching your teams in both the evolution and continued operational excellence of Precision for Medicine's Manufacturing Solutions practice area. How will you spend your days as a Director, Project Controls Engineering?This role is primarily client facing and includes individualized billability to ensure the timely delivery of innovative solutions while keeping abreast of market and technology trends in the industry.Responsible for identifying and developing resources within the practice area to ensure a high level of expertise, performance, and client focus to stay ahead of the competition.Responsible for business development activities and organizational growth.Change Management:

Required:Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience.Typically, a minimum of 8-10 years of project controls experience within the advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience.Typically, a minimum of 8-10 years of managing high-performing teams.Minimum of 7 years business development, lead generation, or sales experience.Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6.Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs.Covid Vaccine is required prior to the Team Member's start date with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable.

At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
