As a Commercial Insurance Account Executive, you'll be integral to our team, ensuring policy accuracy, fostering clear communication among stakeholders, and driving growth in our commercial insurance portfolio.Key Responsibilities:
Policy Management:
Accurately update policies and account information.Client Communication:
Engage with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage inquiries.Marketing & Quoting:
Lead new business marketing and renewal quoting processes.Renewal Management:
Compile and oversee account renewal information.Effective Communication:
Maintain timely contact with clients and carrier representatives.Business Development:
Contribute to acquiring new business.
Qualifications:
Licensing:
Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license required.Experience:
3-5 years in an independent agency or retail brokerage.Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.Carrier Interaction:
Experience working with carriers and underwriters.Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with online rating software and carrier systems.Software Skills:
Proficient in Applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360; Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).Existing Book of Business:
Existing client base preferred.
