Benefits We Offer: (eligibility based on hours with Rendr)Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays/ Floating Holiday(s) Commuter Benefits Health Savings Account/ Flexible Spending Account/ Dependent Care Account Annual Performance BonusCME Time and AllowanceMalpractice CoverageJob Position: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)Essential FunctionsProvide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacologic management for patient with mental health disordersDevelop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as neededProvide crisis interventions for patient or family as needed Collaborate care with psychotherapist on cases requiring behavioral treatment Coordinate care with family, community organizations or other agencies as needed Document evaluations, psychopharmacologic, and individual/family therapy interventions timely at EMR system Participate in network activities such as team meetings, provider meetings, grand rounds, and training sessionsQualificationsMust be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMH) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)2+ years of experience preferred but all welcome.Current and unrestricted New York State license and DEA number.Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required.Rendr is an equal opportunity employer.
