Providing patient-focused STNA care in a post-acute setting, consistent with individual care plans, facility policies and procedures, and all legal requirementsWorking under the direction and guidance of a wider multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and other providersSupporting residents with activities of daily living (ADL), including grooming, mobility, feeding, and personal hygieneObserving the conditions and basic vital signs of residents and reporting updates to the nursing and clinical teamEnsuring a clean and sanitized living environment for residentsCommunicating with residents and family members and relaying concerns to nursing supervisorsPromoting a safe and secure environment and reporting any concerns to supervisorsParticipating in ongoing training on facility policies and nursing care best practicesAdditional duties and responsibilities assigned by nursing leadership team.Qualifications and Skills
